Having spent his formative years in Blantyre, CEO Tom Jacobson is a lifelong Accies fan. This year alljoinedup are proud to sponsor the home shirts of two Accies first team players; Lewis Spence and David Moyo. We wish them well as the team aims to make an immediate return to the top flight.
David Moyo joined the Accies in July 2019 having previously played for the English non league team St Albans City. He scored the winning goal in the Lanarkshire derby in December 2019 and in Summer 2020 he signed a contract to keep him at New Douglas Park until 2023. David was born in Harare, Zimbabwe and has one cap for the national team.
Lewis Spence signed a two year deal with the club having moved from English League club Scunthorpe United. He has also played for Dundee and Ross County, and has a Scottish Championship winners medal to his name. He is a midfielder who will add experience to the squad.
